Feather Buttons Both Pressed Captain

Emergency Fuel Shut Off Valve Pull Captain
Fire Extinguisher Shot 1 (Throw Left) First Officer
Booster Pumps 4 Off First Officer
ATC Inform First Officer
Cabin Staff Notify Captain
If Warning persists after 45 seconds
Fire Extinguisher Shot 2 (Throw Right) Captain
Evacuation if required Initiate Captain

INDUCED AUO FEATHERING

Emergency Fuel Shut Off valve Confirm
Emergency Fuel Shut Off valve Pull
Throttle Open
HP Cock Lock Out

RAPID RELIGHT

Throttle Closed
Ignition Switched On
Fuel HP Cock Lock Out/Boosters On
Revs Pull Feather Button
Throttle Advance slowly until TGT rise
Engine Parameters Check
Throttle As Required

ENGINE FLAME OUT ON FINAL APPROACH

Both Throttles Advance beyond 12,800 RPM
Speed Vat 40° + 15
Flaps Raise to 16°
Power (Live engine) As Required
Water Methanol Switches Both On below 14,500 RPM
Continue single engine approach, missed approach as appropriate when runway in sight At Decision to Land
Flaps 26°

DEPRESSURISATION AND EMERGENCY DESCENT

ALTERNATOR UNDERVOLTAGE / EARTH WARNING

Compare Ammeters

ALTERNATOR OVERHEAT (Red Inop overheat light On)

Alternator Switch Off
If light goes Off  
Alternator Switch On
If light does not go out  
Leave Alternator Switch Off  

RED FLAP ASYMETRY LIGHT ON

If Aircraft is Uncontrollable  
Emergency Flap Up Switch On
If Aircraft is Controllable  
Emergency Flap Up Switch Off

PROP OVERSPEED / MALFUNCTION

Prop Synchroniser Off
Engine/HP Cock Confirm
HP Cock Feather
Feathering Button Press & Hold
Feathering Pump Warning Light Check On
Cruise Isolate Switch Operate
HP Cock Other Engine Lock Out

PROP BELOW LOCK OR FLIGHT FINE MALFUNCTION

If During Take Off Roll  
Take Off Reject
Carry Out Rejected Take Off  
If During Flight  
Do not move Power Levers until  
Flight Fine Isolate Switch Isolate
If Prop Below Light Illuminated  
Airspeed Minimum 115 KTS
